Returns Policy

For orders placed online the following returns policy is applicable:

1.       We require proof of purchase - product must be returned with original email receipt.

2.       Product must be returned within 5 days from shipment arrival

3.       Product can be mailed or returned in-store

4.       Product must be returned in original working order, with original packaging

5.       TimePlus will not incur the cost of postage.

Providing the above criteria is met, goods may be returned for the following reason:

a.       Faulty product(s)

                Product(s) may be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Time Plus.
